Beach Fit is North Beach Plantation’s fitness center. Beach Fit offers the only fully computerized TechnoGymTM equipment in the area. TechnoGym’s Wellness System helps users follow and view their personal goals, exercise programs and progress. Beach Fit is a fully equipped fitness center that also offers both Reformer and Cadillac Pilates, yoga classes, personal training, boot camps on the beach, diet and nutrition assistance, a pro-shop with the latest exercise gear, protein drinks and for all of you cardio buffs, the latest TechnoGym Treadmills.
